Effective May 10, 2012, Thursday and Friday regular night a la carte dining at The University Club will be suspended. Over the past 12 months, reservations for Thursday and Friday regular night a la carte dining have declined, making it difficult to sustain quality service at a reasonable price. Club management will continue exploring new opportunities of providing special event and theme meals based on member needs.
Students in the Restaurant, Hotel and Meetings Management program in the College of Human
Environmental Sciences will be hosting three special theme meal events during fall semester 2012, and four events during spring semester 2013. Student events will be held on Thursday evenings.
Special a la carte dining will continue to be available the Friday night before home football games and dining services will also be available prior to each Saturday home game.
The University Club will continue to host private parties and special events any day or evening during the week, except times when the Club is closed, spring break week and the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Information and reservations for special events may be made by calling 348-4848.
